Girl's Golf
Dos Pueblos and La Reina qualified for the Northern Team Regionals this past Monday at Camarillo Springs. The Chargers placed thrid in the event with a score of 132 and advance to the CIF-SS Finals which will be held at Montecito Country Club on Monday, November 13.

The first round of the CIF-SS Girl's Indiviudal Golf Finals will be held on Tuesday, November 21st at Misson Lakes Country Club in Desert Hot Springs. The Channel League will be represented by Anne Neumeyer, Molly Bradley and Catherine Pease of La Reina as well as Sarah Trenschel and Elizabeth Kim of Dos Pueblos.

Girl's Tennis
The Buena Bulldogs openned up CIF-SS play with a 14-4 Division II Wildcard win over Palmdale. The Bulldogs next travel to Mira Costa of Manhattan Beach on Thursday. The Cougars of Ventura will also be in action on Thursday traveling to Quart Hill for a first round Division II game. The Santa Barbara Dons open Division III with a home game against West Torrance on Thursday.

Girl's Volleyball
Four teams from the Channel League qualified for CIF-SS playoffs as the Ventura Cougars were awarded an at-large bid. Unfortunately, their at-large status also earned them a date with the Division I-A top sede Mira Costa on Tuesday. The Cougars fell in three games, 10-15, 14-16, 3-15.

Buena High School, meanwhile, won its Division I-A game against Crescenta Valley in three 15-7, 15-6, 15-7. The Bulldogs move on to host Royal in a Round 2 game on Thursday. Due to Homecoming, the game will probably be held at 5:00 pm instead of 7:00 pm.

San Marcos swept its first Division II-AA first round game against Gahr on Tuesday 15-6, 15-2, 15-12. The Royals will hit the road for a second round game on Thursday against Whittier. The Dons of Santa Barbara had a first round bye and will open as host of a second round game against Brea Olinda at 7:00 pm.

Boy's Water Polo
Division IV CIF-SS games begin on Thursday. The Ventura Cougars play host to Rio Mesa while Santa Barbara hosts Newbury Park. Dos Pueblos will travel to Malibu to take on the Sharks.

Cross Country
CIF-SS Prelims are scheduled for Saturday, November 11 at Mount San Antonio College in Walnut. Buena, Dos Pueblos and Ventura will represent the Channel League in Boys Cross Country along with Brian Kostock of San Marcos. The Channel League Girl's Cross Country will be represented by Ventura, Buena, Santa Barbara along with Alexandra Forest, Krista Roessler and Aurora Burd of Dos Pueblos and Liz Bernal of San Marcos.
